Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern sales made on the website https://wmparis.com, published by WE INVEST, under the brand WM Paris.
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTCS.
1. Seller

2. Products
WM Paris offers high-end jewelry in 925 silver, gold-plated, and moissanite.
Photographs, videos, and descriptions are made with the greatest care to accurately represent the products.
However, slight variations in color or finish may exist depending on screens or manufacturing processes.
3. Order
Any order is considered final after:
- cart validation;
- acceptance of these GTCS;
- payment confirmation.
WM Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or non-compliance with these conditions.
A confirmation email is sent after order validation.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€).
The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of the order.
WM Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without retroactive effect on already validated orders.
Any delivery charges are indicated before the final validation of the order.
5. Payment
Payments are fully secured.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Carte Bancaire (Debit Card)
- Apple Pay
- Shop Pay
- PayPal
- Klarna (payment in installments, subject to eligibility)
Payment is due immediately upon order.
No bank data is stored by WM Paris.
6. Delivery
WM Paris delivers in France and in many international countries.
Delivery times are indicated before order validation.
They are given for information purposes and may vary depending on:
- the destination country;
- the carrier;
- periods of high activity.
WM Paris cannot be held responsible for a delay attributable to the carrier or a case of force majeure.
The customer is invited to check the condition of the package upon receipt.
7. Guarantees
All WM Paris jewelry benefits from the legal guarantees provided by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.
These notably cover:
- the legal guarantee of conformity;
- the guarantee against hidden defects.
The guarantee does not cover:
- normal wear and tear;
- shocks;
- scratches;
- improper use;
- non-compliant use;
- damage caused by chemicals or corrosive products.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be:
- new;
- unworn;
- unused;
- returned in its original packaging;
- accompanied by all its accessories.
Return costs remain at the customer's expense, unless otherwise provided by law.
In accordance with regulations, personalized jewelry (engraving, custom manufacturing, or specific personalization) cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal.
9. Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund is made to the payment method used during the order.
The refund occurs within a maximum of 14 days, subject to receipt of the product or proof of shipment.
10. Responsibility
WM Paris cannot be held responsible for:
- improper use of products;
- damage resulting from a customer's fault;
- a delay attributable to the carrier;
- a case of force majeure.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements present on the WM Paris site (logo, visual identity, photographs, videos, texts, illustrations, graphics, and content) remain the exclusive property of WM Paris.
Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
12. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.
13. Disputes
These GTCS are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
Failing amicable agreement, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
The consumer can also resort to a consumer mediator free of charge in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
