Refund Policy

At WM Paris, we pay particular attention to the quality of our creations. Each return request is subject to rigorous checks to ensure that the returned products strictly comply with the conditions below.

1. Return Conditions

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

To be accepted, the product must imperatively be:

  • new;
  • never worn;
  • never used;
  • free from any scratches, shocks, signs of wear or deterioration;
  • returned in its original packaging;
  • accompanied by all its accessories, certificates, cases and any promotional gifts.

WM Paris reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

2. Quality Control

Each return is inspected by our team before any validation.

Any product showing:

  • a scratch;
  • a deformation;
  • a missing stone;
  • traces of perfume, make-up or cosmetic products;
  • signs of handling or wear;
  • incomplete or damaged packaging,

may be refused and returned to the customer.

3. Products excluded from return

For reasons of hygiene, personalization and manufacturing, the following products are neither taken back nor refunded:

  • engraved jewelry;
  • personalized products;
  • creations made to order;
  • special orders;
  • gift cards.

These sales are final, except in the event of non-conformity or hidden defect.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless an error is attributable to WM Paris or the product is defective, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for the package until its proper receipt by WM Paris.

We recommend tracked and insured shipping.

WM Paris cannot be held responsible for a package lost, stolen or damaged during its return transit.

5. Exchanges

WM Paris does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish for another model, size or finish, we invite you to make a return (subject to its acceptance) then place a new order.

6. Refunds

Once the return is received and validated by our quality department, the refund will be made to the payment method used during the order.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, in accordance with regulations.

WM Paris reserves the right to defer the refund until actual receipt of the product or until proof of shipment is provided.

7. Refusal of Refund

WM Paris reserves the right to refuse a refund particularly when:

  • the legal deadline has passed;
  • the product has been worn or used;
  • the product is incomplete;
  • the product is damaged;
  • the product has been personalized;
  • accessories, certificates or packaging are missing.

In case of refusal, the product will be reshipped to the customer at their expense.

8. Defective Product

If a product has a manufacturing defect upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Depending on the situation, WM Paris may offer:

  • a repair;
  • a replacement;
  • or a refund, in accordance with applicable legal guarantees.
