Refund Policy

At WM Paris, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days to change your mind.

1. Right of withdrawal

Under French consumer law, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to justify it. As a commercial gesture, WM Paris extends this period to 30 days.

2. Free returns

Returns are free. To start a return, email us at contact@wmparis.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label (or reimburse your return postage).

Returns are sent to an address in France, provided with your label:
WM Paris — WE INVEST, 8 Rue Guy de Maupassant, 93140 Bondy, France.

Please do not ship anything back before receiving our instructions.

3. Return conditions

To be accepted, the item must be new, never worn or used, free of scratches or signs of wear, returned in its original packaging and with all its accessories, certificates and boxes.

4. Refund

After we receive and inspect the item, you are refunded within 14 days at the latest, to your original payment method.

5. Excluded products

For reasons of hygiene, personalisation and manufacturing, the following are neither taken back nor refunded: personalised products, made-to-order creations, special orders and gift cards — except in the event of a proven defect.

6. Faulty item

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the return and the refund or exchange are fully covered by WM Paris. See also our WM Paris Warranty.
