Legal Guarantee

All WM Paris jewelry benefits from the legal guarantees provided by French law.

You particularly benefit from:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code;
  • the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

These guarantees apply regardless of any commercial guarantee that may be offered.

Manufacturing Defects

If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

After analyzing your request, WM Paris may, depending on the nature of the defect:

  • proceed with a repair;
  • replace the jewelry when possible;
  • or offer a refund when legal conditions justify it.

Each case is studied individually to provide the most suitable solution.

What is not covered

The guarantee does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear from use;
  • scratches;
  • shocks or drops;
  • deformations caused by improper handling;
  • loss of a stone following an impact;
  • damage related to an accident;
  • damage caused by chemical, cosmetic, or household products;
  • use not in accordance with maintenance recommendations;
  • modifications or repairs carried out by an unauthorized third party.
