At WM Paris, every order is prepared with the greatest care to offer you a shopping experience that lives up to our standards.

1. Preparation times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods (collection launches, holidays, promotions), this time may be exceptionally extended.

2. Delivery times

Free shipping. The times below include preparation:

  • France: 8 to 10 business days
  • Europe: 10 to 14 business days
  • International: 12 to 18 business days

These times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the carrier, customs formalities or events beyond our control.

  • Canada

The list of available countries may change at any time.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping may be free above a certain order amount, depending on current offers.

5. Carriers

Orders are entrusted to carriers selected for their reliability.

Depending on the destination, delivery may be handled by different logistics partners.

A tracking number is provided as soon as your order ships, when available.

6. Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, WM Paris will, depending on the circumstances, arrange a reshipment or a refund.

Each situation is reviewed individually.

7. Delivery address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided at the time of the order.

WM Paris cannot be held liable for consequences arising from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Costs relating to a re-shipment may be charged.

8. Customs and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be required by local authorities.

These charges remain the customer's responsibility where applicable.
